We gave each location a gift basket with goodies. In the gift baskets we put lots of member benefits information.. benefit book, info on the upcoming steward class, the free college information, grocery rewards program, also the book about representation in regards to the JC, buyers edge cards, pens and of courses goodies that covered all areas including gluten free and diabetics..
Each member received a bag with a hoodie, a member benefits book, a pen and cup.
The larger location we did a luncheon and brought al the information with us..
Overall we have over 300 face to face conversations and got lots of never quit cards signed and turned in. We took pictures to document our tour. All of our members were very happy to see us. We visited every single location that local 449 covers and we hit all 3 shifts over various locations.
